System Brief                 – Pension approved staff applied for pension at MEB Branches. MEB branches passed personal data to MEB Head Office. MEB H.Q verified, recorded and printed e-Pension card. MEB H.Q issued e-Pension cards to the pensioners through respective MEB branch. MEB branches delivered pension benefit monthly to the pensioners using e-Pension cards and recorded issues. MEB h.Q operated data backup, transfer data copy to a requested branch and re-issued lost or damage cards
